The challenge of leading brain health

Con el propósito de potenciar enfoques innovadores para promover la salud cerebral, reducir el impacto regional de las demencias, nace el Latin American Brain Health Institute (BrainLat), un instituto de UAI afiliado al Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) de la Universidad de California San Francisco (UCSF) y el Trinity College Dublin (TCD) para empoderar a una nueva generación de líderes en salud cerebral y realizar estudios interdisciplinarios y traslacionales sobre salud cerebral y demencias.

BrainLat es dirigido por el académico e investigador UAI, Agustín Ibáñez, y su lanzamiento oficial se llevará a cabo el martes 6 de abril de este año en modalidad online, contará con la participación de autoridades como el Ministro de Ciencias, Tecnología, Conocimiento e Innovación de Chile, Andrés Couve, y expertos internacionales de primer nivel pertenecientes a el GBHI y a la Alzheimer’s Association. The challenge of leading brain health

The Latin American Brain Health Institute (BrainLat), a UAI institute affiliated with the Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) of the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and Trinity College Dublin (TCD), was created to empower a new generation of leaders in brain health and conduct interdisciplinary and translational studies on brain health and dementias, with the purpose of promoting innovative approaches to promote brain health and reduce the regional impact of dementias.

BrainLat is directed by the academic and researcher UAI, Agustín Ibáñez, and its official launch will take place on Tuesday, April 6 of this year in online mode, with the participation of authorities such as the Minister of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation of Chile, Andrés Couve, and leading international experts from the GBHI and the Alzheimer’s Association.
